How to Participate 

Thank you for your interest in our study! We are recruiting participants in Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Texas, and Virginia. To participate, please follow these steps:

1. Watch the video above to learn more about the study.

2. Download the correct consent form for your location:

• Reno, Nevada Consent Form: Pending IRB Approval – Contact Research Site for More Information

3. Read the consent form carefully before deciding to participate.

4. If you decide to participate, print and sign the consent form.

5. Send a copy of the signed consent form with your child to their teacher, who will ensure it is forwarded to the research team.
